| How do I set up a Kris Kringle Group? |
| Simply click on the registration button on the homepage and follow the instructions.
You need to give your Kris Kringle group a name (ie. XYZ Bank Staff Kris Kringle 2006), enter each person’s name and email address, enter the details of where the Kris Kringle exchange will take place (ie “Office morning tea on Fri 22nd December, in the staff room” or “Christmas morning at Barbara’s House”) and set the spending limit. |
| How will I know who I’m buying a gift for? |
| Each Group Member registered by your Group
Coordinator will receive an email with a link to
kris-kringle.com.au as well as an individual log on and personal
password. Log onto managemykrinskringle.com.au and a screen will appear notifying you of all the details of your group’s Kris Kringle. This includes the name of the person you are designated to buy a gift for. |
| How will I know the spending guidelines for our Kris Kringle? |
| Each Group Member registered by your Group
Coordinator will receive an email with a link to
kris-kringle.com.au as well as an individual log on and personal
password. Log onto managemykrinskringle.com.au and a screen will appear notifying you of all the details of your group’s Kris Kringle. This includes the spending guidelines and any other special conditions of your Kris Kringle exchange. |
| How will I know when and where our Kris Kringle gift exchange will take place? |
| Each Group Member registered by your Group

password. Log onto kris-kringle.com.au and a screen will appear notifying you of all the details of your group’s Kris Kringle. This includes the date, time and place at which your Kris Kringle gift exchange will take place. |
| What should I buy my Kris Kringle? |
| In the members area of Manage My…Kris Kringle all group members can register their Present Preferences. If they have done so, a check mark will appear in the box next to their name in the My Kris Kringle Group page. Only the group member buying your gift can view your present preferences. Check back regularly to see if your KK has registered their present preferences to help you select the perfect gift. |
| How do I set up my own present preferences? |
| Log into the members area of Manage My…Kris Kringle and click on My Present Preferences in the Members’ Menu. Complete as many or as few details as you like about you, your hobbies, the music you love, your favourite colours and much more to help your Kris Kringle select the perfect gift for you. |
| Can additional members such as kids be set up within our Kris Kringle group? |
| Absolutely! If your family group includes children who are not a part of the main Kris Kringle group, you can add them as ‘Non-participating Members’ and complete a Present Preference guide for them. What better way to ensure the kids get the gifts they’d love (or the gifts their parents would like them to receive!) from Nan, Pop and their uncles and aunties? |
| One of our group members has not received their log in details, how can I check that I have their email address entered correctly and/or resend them their message? |
| The Group Coordinator can check to see who has login and what email address was given for each person by using the Group Coordinator's option that is located in the Group Coordinator's Members Menu. (Remember the Group Coordinator must log in to see this menu) If the email address is incorrect the Group Coordinator can then edit the email address and resend the message. |
